When Carole left for college, she left some bare walls behind. I was elated that she actually wanted to take some things from home to decorate her dorm room. Usually they want everything brand new. Anyway, we have a den upstairs that the girls share. I wanted to decorate that space with something colorful and fun, since the wall color is a pale creamy yellow. I am a long time fan of Minted, and found just what I was looking for online.
Girls Room Update
There is a cozy nook right by the window that needed some attention. It’s such a great spot with natural sunlight pouring in each afternoon. The blank walls needed a little love though. One of my favorite watercolors I painted a while ago is called Colors. The original print is quite large, and I cropped the original making two slightly different versions. I chose The Big Picture with a white frame and uploaded each print to be framed. The size you see here is 18″ x 24″. Also seen above is one of my favorite Minted photo art designs, overlapping watercolor. I have an entire wall framed with those, as well as my favorite heart snapshot mix too!
Don’t let all of your favorite photos sit on your computer. Upload some of them to Minted and frame them to enjoy. They make great gifts too. Click here for all photo art ideas. Also, if you are in the market for some new art, take a peek at the Minted art category for some amazingly talented artists. There are some fabulous fresh designs out now! Be careful, you might start shopping for holiday cards too. It’s time to start thinking about that you know.
