Apple picking season has begun! I absolutely love this time of year. The bright orange and red colors of Fall, and the savory warm comfort foods that go perfectly with the cooler nights. I have wanted to make homemade apple cider for a while now, and today was the day. The cider is delicious if I do say so myself, and my whole house is filled with scents of cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet oranges. The recipe is below if you want to make it yourself. Happy Fall!
