Italian Inspired Home Tour

You’ve seen the beautiful gardens, now come take a peek inside! Warm earth tone colors, and natural wood enhance the cozy feel of Diane and Kent Cooper’s Italian inspired home. The cheerful paint color in the living room is Benjamin Moore Concord Ivory.

I love the archway leading into the sunroom (Diane calls it her Garden Room) from the traditional living room.

Bright Living Room - Home Tour

This sunroom is one of my favorite rooms with the warm earthy colors. Tuscan style is known for its natural, earth-toned colors, like golden yellow, terra cotta and green for an airy effect in warm-weather places, and this inviting color scheme provides just that. A beautiful stone fireplace serves as the room’s focal point. The wall color is Benjamin Moore Tobacco Road.

Master Bedroom

I’ve never seen faux flowers look so pretty. Diane has them in almost every room and they really add a bright pop of color. Diane told me about the colorful Italian landscape watercolor on the wall. she fell in love with it on one of their trips to Italy, but when she went back to the shop for it, it was gone. To her surprise, her husband had purchased it and gave it to her upon their return home.
