Method has bright ideas for beautiful living. The Bright Bold and Beautiful mission is to inspire others to “live beautifully” and Method is one of those brands that does just that. Adam Lowry and Eric Ryan, the founders of Method, one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, look like two cool guys I want to hang out with.

I knew I was a fan when I read in Method‘s about page, “Eric knew people wanted cleaning products they didn’t have to hide under their sinks.” He hit the nail on the head with that statement. All of the sudden, it is cool to have your dish soap displayed on the counter, if you are using Method products, that is.
Whoever thought that a cleaning products company would have catchy campaigns with slogans such as “clean like a mother by putting the hurt on dirt”, “give your nose a hug” and “high five a rainbow.”
There was a post in Ad Age last month that interviewed seasoned marketers and asked them to weigh in on their biggest accomplishments before 40, the advice they’d give their younger selves. Eric Ryan stated,
“Enjoy the ride as much as possible, and take time to celebrate the little wins along the way. The journey is the greatest reward of building a business, but it’s so easy to lose sight of that as you’re chasing the next goal or milestone.”
I can relate to this on a much smaller level. Thank you Ryan for telling me to enjoy and really appreciate the little successes along the way. Sound advice from a successful entrepreneur, that changed the way we think about cleaning. “Clean Happy”. I like that.
