Black-eyed Susans in Bloom

Nothing says Summer like Black-eyed Susans in bloom. Black-eyed Susans remind me of my childhood Summers on our farm in Floyd County, Va. I can still remember driving up the dirt road with black eyed Susans and Queen Anne’s lace overflowing into the road from both sides. We would always have a fresh arrangement of the flowering plants in a large jar, similar to this image with mason jars. Use these colorful flowers for a pretty tabletop display for your next outdoor gathering.

More Information :  Black-eyed Susans are considered beautiful plants and many people include them in their gardens. They grow over three feet tall and also help attract butterflies. They bloom from June to October.
